Security and internet use

You are here: Home / Security and internet use

Payment security

We are pleased to inform you that the payment of your order is highly secure because it is being made directly to our partner bank and not through a third party.
Therefore, your credit card details being entered directly onto the bank’s secure site guarantees that neither the merchant, nor any technical intermediary, will have knowledge of this information.
This process involves no risk because the payment details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and data interception is therefore rendered impossible.

Protection of your computer

We strongly recommend that you have an up-to-date antivirus, an activated firewall and carry out the security updates offered by the manufacturers of your applications and operating system.

Be careful of public / shared posts

If you use a device shared with other people, such as a public computer, we recommend that you always log out before leaving our site.

Phishing is a cunning attack which consists of stealing or assuming the digital identity of the Internet user.
The victim receives an email which appears to be legitimately from the company using their logos and identity. The objective is to attract the Internet user to a website using all kinds of reasons to which he is particularly sensitive (security, fraudulent use, reimbursement, etc.).
By clicking on the link offered in the email, the user is connected to a site which is often a perfect copy of the original. They are invited to provide confidential information (access codes, bank card number, etc.) without realizing the fraud.
Hackers can thereafter easily retrieve these bank codes or data in order to carry out operations for their own profit.
